Higher Education FEE-HELP


FEE-HELP is a student loan scheme offered by the Commonwealth Government and available to eligible both undergraduate and postgraduate full fee paying students who are:

  • Australian citizens;
  • Holds permanent resident humanitarian visas;


If you are eligible to FEE-HELP, you have following options:

  • Receive a FEE-HELP loan for the full tuition fee;
  • Pay some of the tuition fee up front and receive a FEE-HELP loan for the balance of the tuition fee;
  • Pay the full tutition fee up front


If you want to apply FEE-HELP, you must attend Top Education Institute Administration Office to complete Commonwealth Assistance Form by the census date of the teaching session you are enrolled in. You needs to bring the Tax File Number with you. Also, the student must fill in TOP FEE-HELP Student Form (You will get the form from office).


You need to provide all required information. If you fail to provide full and accurate information and not making a payment could result in your enrolment being cancelled.
New Zealand citizens and holders of an Australian permanent resident visa (other than an Australian permanent resident humanitarian visa) do not have access to FEE-HELP loans and must pay the full tuition fee up front.
