Preventing sexual assault/harassment

Hassasment prevention and support 

At TOP, we want to ensure students stay safe and enjoy their time here in Australia. TOP is committed to preventing, correcting, and disciplining incidents of unlawful harassment and violence, and provide support to all students.

If you are in danger, please always call the emergency contact 000 for police, fire, or ambulance.

If you want to report sexual assault/harassment regarding a TOP student/staff, you can lodge your formal complaint via complaints@top.edu.au.

If you need support, you can also send email to counselling@top.edu.au or come to the Student Services Office located in Bay 16 Level 1 to get support.
Counselling and support services outside TOP are available to all students in NSW and many of them are 24/7:

TOP has zero tolerance for sexual assault, harassment, bullying and discrimination against and by students. Our policy is clearly set out in the Bullying Harassment and Discrimination Prevention Policy and Procedure. All students and staff are expected to share responsibility for contributing to a safe, inclusive and healthy campus environment in accordance with Code of Conduct for Students and Staff Code of Conduct.
