 Unit Overview:

This unit provides the framework for students to develop an advanced understanding of the role of international human resource management in the implementation of global business strategies. The functions, goals, strategies and implementation plans of international human resources departments will be covered along with theories underpinning this role. Business applications pertinent to international human resources management will also be covered.
